That is super real too. And one can feed the other. I would have to sit with that more but I think my fear of death is what informs my fear of living. How about you?
I recently had a conversation with someone and their Ayahuasca journey where they got in touch with he fear of eternal life and it was an interesting perspective shift hard for me to relate as I have always been informed more of my fear of the dying physical body yet the beauty of the undying soul.
