forgejo running next to it, so I can just rsync the annex/objects folder into paperless' consume folder. Let's see how well that works. 🙂
I would use paperless only as fancy search function anyway and keep the annex repo the source of truth. One needs to be able to edit documents like normal files, without the detour of a web interface.
