It’s a bot that replies to almost all posts with a relay name I guess and just spams your notifications page. You’re probably using primal (npub12vk…pugg) like me and that’s why you’re seeing this guy no more. On Damus I still see him. Or maybe it’s a matter of relays. So I’m not sure what the antidote is.
