I am always searching for the magical leverage point. I believe that "no servers. no administrators" might just be a requirement that fits. It matches some of what Donella Meadows talks about, in that we are doing the exact opposite. We are going with more servers and more developers and more administrators, rather than bringing computers back to the user directly, with nobody in the middle, no wires, no cloud, nothing.
