Yeah, it still does have a market cap / price, however Monero has been delisted from almost all CEXs. This a great indicative that mainstream fiat markets don't like the Monero's privacy features but this is no problem for us as we can trade only in P2P.
My point is: most Bitcoin maxis just care about hodl and nothing more while most Monero users want to engage in anonymous commerce using solely XMR. Darknet markets is shifting from BTC to XMR
