I don't disagree with the concept of tower blocks with facilities, not just endless pokey flats, but not 36 floors. no. It's not like Portcullis house was a lovely thing. It's just too big, and will it be for standard students, or just the foreign monied ones, some of the adverts for the student blocks they were builidng round back of Morrisons at Partick advertised rates that were eye watering. nearly £1k per month! all in, but still! and that was 5+ years ago.
