One of the things that gives me hope is when I read a post on here from someone who is surprised by their joy.

Maybe they had a surprise hangout or they saw a cool bird or they ended up by the sea.

Random moments of joy.

I don't feel particularly joyful at the moment (for no real reason) but it's exciting to think I might win the joy lottery next.

I might get that random moment of joy tomorrow. It might only last a few minutes before I crash again, but there will be sun.
