I despise this. In Jan 2018, Dutton claimed Victorians were scared to go out because of street gang violence. Most Victorians, myself included, saw it as a political move with little foundation. Well, six years later after 3 incidents where gangs invaded the local shopping centre armed with machetes, shoppers were locked in and now are staying away. Where were security? One male security guard was hospitalised and one female security guard ran for her life after being relieved of her baton.
