My feelings on Schedule A cases are no secret but I do appreciate the Plaintiffs that attach, publicly, all the relevant copyright registrations and deposit copies of the visual art, right as Exhibit 1 to the Complaint. Even if the Schedule A is under seal, sellers who have their accounts frozen can see what product may have caused the lawsuit weeks before they're served.
