My fave springtime meal is a big salad with lettuce mix from the farmers market and a variety of toppings. Tonight we finally worked out a version that the 14yo enjoyed. Turned out that he just didn’t like the buttermilk-based dressing we usually make. Taught him how to make his own vinaigrette, easy. So nice to find a simple solution that makes everyone happy. #food
