Mental instability is one's own responsibility at the end of the day. He doesn't seek help, he chugs alcohol and takes benzos. He's slowly killing himself and endangering the potential security of thousands with this irresponsible behavior. When you're an instance administrator, it's like driving a car. You don't do it intoxicated, you especially don't do it intoxicated while others are in the car. That's people's lives you're running the risk of fucking up.
