New Years resolutions, there's nothing less punk, but I have two: be more punk, and concentrate on my health above all else. I'm no use to the kids if I'm dead, and as an older parent I need to do all I can to keep my energy levels up (giving up sugar and caffeine has made a massive difference there already)
