Not exactly vague, just a high level bureaucratic institution with very little room in which to maneuver and with that it was a decent press conference.
To be honest, I have zero idea how the #China markets will open or how they will trade throughout the day. My expectation is for a rally, but then again I am raging optimist at heart.
