My #bank has updated their #website, and it's now a confusing kludge of old and new. Different screens tell me different numbers of unread statements etc. and depending on which screen I download it from the PDF has a different filename format, so I can't just easily compare to what I've already downloaded. I think they're trying to make me mad on purpose.
