my subcutaneous estradiol is in sesame oil and it says it goes bad 28 days after the first puncture - but the vial has 10 weekly doses

1) how horrible would it be if i used it 32 days after first puncture?
2) does it actually go bad in 28 days? it seems wasteful to get rid of it after only 4/10 doses are used!

i have ordered more just in case but yeah...
