And even if you’re starting at a junior position, passion and interest are noticed.
With more seniority, approaching it with a “let’s see what I can learn from this chat” changes the perspective: from being interviewed it becomes almost a discussion with a teammate, which again will put you in a better mindset for soft skills - a very important skillset for being part of a team.
