I should note also that 2000 ppm CO2 is bad for lots of reasons having nothing to do with COVID (at that level you get you drowsy and grumpy), but it also means you're rebreathing a high % of air from potentially infected people. (Note that this measurement doesn't detect whether the venue filters recirculated air, which it might, as commercial airplane cabins now generally do).
