I learned this douchebag landscaper who spent three years in prison for screwing a student while he was a teacher, bought the old farm less than a mile from me and next door to an artist friend.

He sent my friend a letter from his lawyer saying to stay off his property. My friend is an artist and has a sculpture garden. For almost 30 years he’s been sharing 200’ of farm road with his neighbor so he can reach the back of his property.

We don’t know why he’s not a registered sex offender.
