So I think I figured out an exploit for getting archery skill.

Make a bunch of hire hardened arrows.
Piss off a wolf and make it follow you.
Kite it into a deer or a rabbit.
While it's eating, you can shoot it with fire hardened arrows and it has no reaction, but you still get skill points for hitting it. So you just sit in one spot and dump an entire quiver into it
