Welcome! I totally agree! Once you see it you can’t unsee it! Love that. I also love sharing my story and recipes - I’ve healed depression, lessened my anxiety, less inflammation, no more brain fog, no more fatigue, slowly healing my microscopic colitis ans thyroid issues. I’m still healing and continuing to learn and share my experience.
