I quit alcohol. I quit cannabis. I quit masturbating. But the one addiction that I can't seem to kick is nicotine. I was off it for the 11 days that I was in jail, but as soon as I got out one of the first things I did was put a nicotine pouch in my mouth. Been back on nicotine ever since. I suppose I need to start praying to God for the strength to beat this addiction, but there's a part of me that really doesn't want to give it up.
