Well..darn, I feel like such a slug with deciding to not get on the indoor bike before the grocery run...just want to drink coffee and sit here for a bit..and I can still get 25 miles in when I get back.. really humid out here today and it only got down to 72 overnight but a change is coming early next week with lows back in the 40's..no protein on sale this week so I'll be eating out of the freezer and that will be okay..need to empty it out so I can fill it again..good morning!
