Actually I didn't run traceroute when the first block occurred, now after rebooting it seems the block still exists but for certain websites only. Popular ones aren't blocked.

One I tried is opendns.com, but I'm getting timeout error on both Firefox and Chromium. ICMP packets seems work (ping and traceroute), but I can't reach t from a browser
