Given that #BikeNite is a cycle related Q&A, I think one thing most of us already do is cycling instead of using the car, at least where feasible. And at least Germany has been moving a lot towards renewable energies in the past few years. For me, it's also no more traveling by plane. Last time I flew was like 15 years ago. Then again, I only flew 7 times in my whole life (once took a night train on the way back), plus like 2 pleasure flights.
