Can anyone on #LawFedi help me understand if Trump is actually violating his gag order by getting his "serogates" to say what he cannot?
Like, if there is one thing Trump may be good at, it's manipulating the judicial system (he's had an awful lot of practice) and it seems plausible this fits in that category.
Note: this post is in no way a support of him nor his behavior, just a question of the legality of what I'm seeing that I am unable to work out on my own.
