One thing about #Threads is that if it achieves critical mass and replaces Twitter but tries to keep its algorithmic-based use pattern, I’ll be able to build my chronological and special-purpose feeds by following Threads accounts on Mastodon (once they add AP functionality, which they’ve said is coming very soon).
