**iPhone ban in China ‘accelerates’ across the country, report says**
In September, China started banning (https://9to5mac.com/2023/09/06/chinese-bans-government-officials-from-using-iphones-at-work/) officials from using iPhones and other foreign technology within government agencies. A new report from Bloomberg (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-12-15/china-s-apple-iphone-ban-accelerates-across-state-firms-government) today says that the ban on iPhone use has expanded to more Chinese agencies, covering “at least eight provinces.”
