Prepare for a growing epidemic of "NHS is broken v badly" stories in coming days. Wes Streeting is softening us up for his "only (even more) privatisation can save it" plan, financed by gov't but enabling Labour’s private healthcare party donors to collect yet more lucrative contracts.
