Ok, now it's time to work on my entry to the Grand Prix Elmendorf du Pain. The problems are: I (almost) haven't baked anything in months, I just got a new sourdough, I have to change my recipe, it's June and it's hot so I need to really be on top of everything. I am thinking to make two or three loaves and submit the best looking one.
