Email is still dealing with it, but the end-user rarely has an issue currently.
The good news is that ReplyGuy dev didn't launch with all the tricks happening at once. He's slowly rolling out the tricks a bad actor could use to make Nostr very impractical. This allows the network (us), and client/relay devs to respond; upping our game before a serious bad actor decides to clog Nostr.
