We have licences for growing here, as well certain restrictions with each level of growing. Hemp licence is very easy to obtain if you tick the boxes (live on acreage, no neighbours, have a use for the plant), CBD growing is a $30k licence with far stricter requirments, and obviously THC is even stricter. All require audits, regular visits to the property from the DPI however CBD/THC growers need to record EVERYTHING. I mean every single leaf pulled off a plant needs to be recorded.
