i'm so fucking sick to death of being sick because of the "government approved" food and technology around me
i have type 2 diabetes, general issues with my kidneys and liver, potassium and magnesium deficiency and the most debilitating symptom of the diabetes is peripheral neuropathy
the thing that has actually reversed it some has been fasting!
i do wonder how much of what europe approves is also causing my problems... like, it's really hard to find beef around here... i'm surrounded by small scale agriculture here too and a lot of things i can get that are produced right in my own area... but i see the vinters spraying things and i see the fertiliser granules the farmers put on their crops and i have no idea what any of this is doing and it really disturbs me
