Amidst all my #baking exploration and experiments, one thing I hadn't tried was flatbread, so had a go at that this evening. Used a simple mix of equal amounts of yoghurt and flour by weight, mixed it up and rolled it out, put it in a frying pan, and came out well. Bit plain, obviously, but a good first effort and a nice basis for adding more to in the future.
