I'm using the waking up app at the moment as a kick start. It has a structured mindfulness course that used when I first started. I did a lot of different types of meditation through my yoga teacher training and yoga therapy training and have consistently setted back into breath awareness and yoga nidra. There are so many great resources out there for free for both of those. Event min of focus on the breath once a day can be profoundly impactful.
