We agree. I would add that even more, lawyers are pushed in the opposite direction.
The closest we have is something like an MBA, but only the ones from the schools that teach management theory, and even then, some people are born with it and most are not.
It's like perfect pitch, coordination, or one of those other inbuilt skills.
The 'Pubs tend to have lots of MBAs, but not all of those are good leaders; the Dems have mostly lawyers and very few of them have leadership skills.
