The SEC, as expected after yesterday’s “hack”, approved 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs today which could begin trading as early as tomorrow.
The spot ETFs are a bigger deal for Bitcoin believers than the futures ETF or Grayscale’s BTC Trust. This is because the funds must hold the actual underlying, which equates to real demand for the asset.
