My parents got married twice to each other. And divorced twice. I’ve lived long enough to see my friends get married to each other and later divorced. I’ve heard a lot of stories about lying and cheating.

I feel like more people should genuinely consider the idea that perhaps romantic exclusivity facilitates more problems than it aids in solving.

Maybe romance should be a “normal” thing that extends beyond the bounds of a 1-on-1 relationship.
