5. Yet somehow, because I was steeped in this world I feel very comfortable in how I can exist to resist in this world.
I know how they think. I always tell people being evangelical was my biggest cultural immersion in America even before I moved here.
Nothing about them surprises me. They scare me, but I am never surprised.
