The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) does not recognize the Right to free elections of Romanian citizens.
I would guess this “ruling” extends to other Eastern European countries.

Romania's actual president, Calin Georgescu, has sought help from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
The court dismissed his appeal 100%, despite the case being crystal clear.
There is no doubt that an anti-democratic regime governs the EU.
