My JAWS Professional Perpetual License does not get me JAWS 2024 (IMO, “perpetual” is a lie).
The Freedom Scientific portal to manage my license claims I have no products.
The Freedom Scientific store site won’t render.
So now JAWS 2024 is downloading in 40-minute-then-reboot mode.
Such a frustrating customer / user experience.
