Are you trying to get fiat? I don't know of a big exchange that has liquid support, so going from USDT on liquid to fiat isn't possible without either p2p or swapping to BTC first. You can swap to BTC and peg out, or instead of a peg out you can use Boltz to swap to lightning or on chain BTC.
