What has made the process easier is aligning my understanding of the science behind COVID -- acute, chronic, immunedysregulating, persistence of illness, multitropicity, etc etc -- which is actually pretty cut & dry at this point, clearly airborne, clearly less commonly fomite-driven, and juxtaposing that to places like TheGuardian.com lying about all of the above in such bold fashion that it's impossible to take them seriously ever again, and laughable on its face.
