I don’t have any specific content to recommend for that, but I can share my personal experience. For me, it happened progressively as I grew up and expanded my mind. Psychedelics played a role in breaking out of certain mental frameworks, helping me challenge a lot of what I was taught in psychology school. From there, I started incorporating new perspectives and questioning the mainstream narrative. It's really about being open to contradictions and exploring beyond conventional boundaries.
