The crazy thing is it looks like some places will crash hard while other places (usually rural with good internet) will keep rising quickly.
I was waiting for our home prices to start dropping, but they never did. Every time I looked at Zillow it would show a big increase from last year, but predict a all in the upcoming year. Now, they are just showing things continually increasing.
Everybody learning to work remotely is making the big cities look like a bad deal and rural or small town areas look appealing. It is also meaning many businesses are looking to offload their office buildings because people are either working remotely full time or part time.
