brewHQ (npub199w…4ut6) I’ve been interested in trying Onyx but have never pulled the trigger. I brew espresso and immersion-drip equally and have recently enjoyed running the same bag of coffee through multiple brew methods to explore it a bit more. I tend to prefer medium-dark roasts in espresso and light-medium roasts for drip but am flexible.
What Onyx would you say might work best as an all-rounder?
