2. i have four+ years of experience thats pretty conclusively says it doesn’t matter how well you communicate trial/sub terms someone will always find a way to willfully misinterpret it. I can give you numerous hilarious examples.
3. In a counting-time situation they have zero external motivation to cross that baseline so while it never expires they will never _actually_ trial either.
