number one rule to understand is that the enemy picks targets that have the highest value per cost of attack... easiest way to avoid that is mostly to be not valuable and be hard to find, so, yeah, mountain hut, live in a boat, 4WD RV... they can't be everywhere and they don't need to be for their objectives, so just don't be where they want to be
