WWDC 2024 demonstrates more clearly and sharply than ever that the annual OS release schedule should be abolished. Apple was NOT READY. Indeed, not ready for betas! Most of the announced features are vaporware, coming “later”, probably not in September, possibly not in 2024. Even the new features that exist in the betas, such as the Passwords app, are half-baked at best.
