Putting the dehydrator to good use lately by drying out some halved cherry tomatoes. Just to the point of being slightly leathery. They're super rich and sweet and make a great basic pasta addition.
Two 10 hour runs at 60C does it, we do this over two days as I don't like leaving it running overnight. Then on the third I give them a couple of hours at 70C to ensure sterile before packing in jars and topping with oil.
