I think this is about my fourth round of AI hype to varying levels, dating back to when I was doing a PhD on the implications of Kant's philosophy of mind for artificial intelligence. I find it *hilarious* that we have invented another term – AGI – simply so hypesters can use "AI" for odd bits of machine learning that they know will never actually amount to genuine intelligence.
